R.C.C.F. HOME PAGEThe Community Foundation, established in 1995, exists to attract funds and resources to improve the quality of life. It is a tax-exempt, public charity that allows many individuals and non-profit organizations to establish permanent endowed funds.
The Foundation gathers and manages capital of all amounts from individuals, families, businesses, and other foundations. The endowment from this capital is applied to uses that serve the best interests in developing the community complex.
